Dear iPhone 4

To my dear iPhone 4,

I have to be honest, in the amount of time you take to load a webpage I could run a mile, and I run slow, very slowly, in fact speed walkers would pass me if not lap me. 6 times in the last 3 days you’ve “been unable to deliver my text message.” You make me delete my precious memories of all the food and drinks I’ve eaten since I first got you two and half years ago because you are out of storage and you only have 8 GBs of storage. You’ve cost me $40+ in new chargers because sometimes you like to stop charging because you no longer want the support of that cord. Your new sibling is coming along this fall, a newer better version of you and I’ve been stalking things know as the trades for as much information as possible on the release day (it’s looking like September 19th people) and I can’t wait to sell you on eBay to the highest bidder. But until then, please continue to accept calls  as I don’t think they make land lines anymore.

Much love,

Today’s prompt was to write a note to an inanimate object so of course I voted to write on my aging iPhone. Somethings get better with age, like wine and me, but not the iPhone. T-minus 2 monthsish until I can replace it!
